8:00 AM – 8:45 AM: Participant Check-In 

8:45 AM –9:00 AM: Mini Wellness Dashes 

(100m ages 3-5, 200m ages 6-7) 

9:00 AM: 5K run/walk begins

10:30 AM: Acknowledgements & Awards Ceremony 

8:00AM - 12:00PM - Wellness & Vendors Fair, Food, Activities, and Entertainment 

• Race/walk entry

• Finisher’s green ribbon

• Medals will be awarded to the top three in each age group 
  • Group 1 ages 8-10
  • Group 2 ages 11 - 12
  • Group 3 ages 13 - 15
  • Group 4 ages 16 - 17 
  • Group 5 Adults 18+

• Timing devices will be provided. 
• Chips will be attached to the back of all 5K race/walk bibs. 
• All chips must be returned at the end of race/walk.

• The race/walk and all activities will go on RAIN or SHINE.
• Water stations will be located throughout the route.
• Public restrooms are available within our agency. There is no changing station in our office. 

• There will be free public parking within the business park. 
• Please be cautious for pedestrians while driving.

•  Children under 3 on day of signing will not be able to register to race/walk, however are invited to join their guardian in a stroller during the race/walk. Liability forms for them MUST be signed on day of event. 
• Runner/walkers with strollers should join at the end of the race/walk.
• No animals/pets are allowed for this event.
• Be cautious of speed bumps along the route.
• If you have any preexisting medical conditions, please consult your doctor before participating in the race/walk. 

• There will be a vendor fair and food available for purchase.
