Participants

A participant is a person who is completing the race/walk.
All participants will receive a t-shirt and a finisher’s green ribbon.
Participants will also get access to a 99pledges donation page to share with friends and family to help raise funds for our cause.
Children under 3 on day of signing will not be able to register to race/walk, however are invited to join their guardian in a stroller during the race/walk. Liability forms for them MUST be signed on day of event.

A volunteer is an individual or organization that volunteers to assist with the race/walk.
Volunteers will be given assignments before the event and trained on all protocols.

A partner is an organization that volunteers to assist and/or participate in the race/walk.
Partners are welcome to have information tables at a the regular vendor fee rate.

Vendors

Partners

A vendor is a person or company selling goods/services, or doing community outreach and providing information and resources.
The vendor fee includes a tent, a table, and two chairs. Vendors are responsible for bringing all other things needed for their booth.
Vendors are welcome to invite their customers to the event, however, if your customer wishes to participate in the race/walk, they must be registered.
All food trucks and food vendors must show proof of Prince George's County Temporary Food Service Facility Permit. These permits are given to people who want to sell food or drinks at fairs, festivals, carnivals, community days, concession stands, or other special events.
All vendors are subject to approval. We cannot accept vendors who promote things that do not align with our organizational values and mission.
